Kate Convery
Kate is a Master Stylist and Colorist with over 25 years of experience. After relocating from NYC to Providence, she found inspiration in the local creative community. Certified in straight razor cutting by Bumble & Bumble and Arrojo, Kate has worked in high-end salons and styled for NYFW, editorial shoots, and film. Her NYC experience fostered collaboration with global talent, while her travels inspire her creativity through textiles, antiques, art, film, and most notably 1970’s punk rock.
Jae Shark
Jae, a creative introvert, stepped into her confidence by loving her natural curls & is passionate about helping others do the same. A hairstylist since 2008, she honed her skills in cutting & styling across New Jersey & New York, focusing on natural curl education. In 2015, Jae embraced free-form curl shaping, & in 2021, she expanded into color, becoming a Wella colorist. She completed the Wella Color Expert program in 2023, specializing in creating unique looks for every client. She is also trained in the art of straight razor cutting.
Meghan Mello
Meghan grew up surrounded by hairdressing, with her mother’s salon in their home. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management and working in luxury hotels, she returned to her passion—hair. She’s worked in top salons in Seattle and Pittsburgh and eventually returned to Providence after becoming a mother. Meghan specializes in dry cutting, highlighting, and gender affirming cuts. She is also trained in straight razor cutting and gives beautiful transformations.
Claudia Kelley
With a thoughtful eye and a lifelong love of style and beauty, Claudia brings creativity and care to every client she works with. After a career in the corporate and nonprofit worlds, she followed her passion to the salon, specializing in modern, wearable looks inspired by 90s icons, Copenhagen street style, and the coastal charm of her New England roots. Above all, Claudia values connection and loves helping her clients feel cool, confident, and at home in their style. Claudia is trained in the technique of straight razor cutting and loves a blond bob most of all.
